Cancellation or Refund Rules

Cancellation conditions:

1- STANDARD class (class without luggage) This class cannot be change the date and cannot be refund.

2- LOYAL class included 20 kg of baggage and by paying a fine, it is possible to change the date, but cannot be refund.

3- ADVANTAGE class included 30 kg of luggage and it is possible to change the date once as you like without penalty, but cannot be refund.
